Field of Perception
2026 project of residency Figure Transporteur
Type: Body Practice and Public Experiment Workshop
Research Focus: Re-entering Primordial Bodily Perception
Drawing on Merleau-Ponty’s phenomenology of perception as a theoretical foundation and using the body as her medium, the artist advances a methodology for constructing “body-as-space” fields. Within this framework, through physical actions and public experimental workshops, the artist guides participants to recognize and actively engage in the process of forming fields of bodily perception. Through progressive exercises, participants gradually enhance their perceptual and observational abilities, gaining an understanding of how bodily intentions influence physical judgment and behavior.
The aim is to help participants “remember” the primordial perceptions they already possess but have forgotten—not to learn how to perceive, but to recall how to perceive. Through physical exercises, participants suspend their everyday cognitive habits, allowing the pre-reflective state of direct contact with the world to re-emerge.

Echo Field
2026 Participatory art,experimental workshops
Wanling Mo,Alice Bertolasi,Ambra Iori,Veronica Parato
“Echo Field” is a participatory art project in which the artist and the public engage in physical exploration and practice at the experimental workshop. Building on three days of exercises, the project is guided by bodily perception and centered on physical movement and spontaneous reactions. Participants seek answers through sound, language, and environmental feedback, ultimately culminating in an improvised performance with the public.

I Frusculichi
2025 project of residency Frusculichi
Organized by 15 artists in collaboration with local residents, the “Carretto dei Frusculichi” project took place in the small town of Irsina in southern Italy. Centered on local culture and plant-based materials, the project offered a variety of public art activities for the community, including workshops on making folk instruments, weaving, and preparing traditional foods, as well as participatory theater performances.
